"They call it vandalism, we call it art"
A tattoo is a piece of artwork on a person's skin. It's an engraved painting and drawing in their body; some may call it bad or vandalism, but it's an art they're expressing. They label them as bad, they judge them for expressing themselves, but they forget that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
